This is 1 of 3 Union & Confederate Civil War Soldier Photographs Listed Tonight that have been in our Personal Collection for the past decade or so. This is an Authentic 1/6th Plate Tintype Image featuring a Civil War Soldier in Full Regalia.

He is holding his Musket with Bayonet affixed and his Breastplate, Cartridge Box, Belt Buckle, Scabbard and Full Uniform are captured in Impressive Clarity. You can even see the wrinkles in his pants!

This old Boy is Easily one of the most Impressive Images that we have owned featuring a Union Solider in Full Gear near the beginning of the War. He is Guaranteed to be an Authentic Period Image and would be Welcome in any Collection & would make any Museum Proud. 1 of 50+ Estate Fresh Items Picked Weekly. Displays very well with a few light scuffs and a tiny dent to the photo but the image is as clear as can be with outstanding attention to detail.
