RARE Civil War era 1/6 Plate Daguerreotype Soldier holding Saxhorn Musical Inst

RARE 1/6 Plate Daguerreotype of a Man possibly soldier? I'm not certain if he is a soldier or not, but he is definitely holding a over-the-shoulder saxhorn instrument. The plate itself does have some condition issues with the flaking/chipping, but the image is still quite nice and easily discernible as to the fact its a man holding an instrument. Original full case with red velvet interior. Covers separated, but the pieces of the hinge remain. I don't see any remnant of the original clasp remaining though.
