The photo has colorized details on jacket and pants. The binding is broken on the frame and only attaches at the hinge. The frame box measures 3ΒΌ" x 3-3/4".
The gold tone frame matte has some corrosion. The hand written note by James J. Thompson is very fragile and hard to read.Someone has done their best to translate it. He mentions two officers, Hunley and Bullock.
