Fifteenth Regiment - Company A. Vermonters listed were organized at West Fairlee and mustered at Brattleboro. About 15.5 x 20 inches. Some tearing and wear, especially at lower left corner. Redfield Proctor is listed as the Colonel, he participated at Gettysburg, went on to become one of Vermont's governors, and a Senator from Vermont as well (1891 - 1891) as well.
