Smith Civil War Soldier Cast Iron Carnival Shooting Gallery Target ca. Offered for sale is an incredibly rare and early knock down carnival shooting gallery target we have acquired by the famed maker A. Smith's silhouette targets are some of the most sought after in the genre and are prized by collectors for their beautiful detailing. This target comes from a large collection acquired from a midwest Amusement park which operated from 1946 to the early 2000's. This target has not seen the light of day for probably 50 plus years.

Condition is Very Good with some surface wear and oxidation, but as you can see it retains some of its' original paint and displays a stunning patination. This target retains the original base and pin used to attache it to the larger gallery. The target measures 8.25" tall, 4" wide and is about 1/4 thick.

You can see an extremely faint remnant of the A. Smith Marking on the leg of the target. Don't miss the opportunity to add this to your collection today.
