Pastel portrait is approximately 15-1/4" across x 20" high & frame is 26-1/4" across x 30-1/2" high. Pastel in good condition with toning & either a scratch or paper tear at bottom of left foot. Frame shows expected antique use wear including dings, scratches & area of plaster loss.
