Civil War 1/6th Plate Tintype Of Possible North Carolina Confederate Soldier

Here's an interesting image. This is a 1/6th plate tintype with an unidentified backdrop. There's some interesting features that make this possibly have a chance to be Confederate. Uniform really looks confederate too.

The shoulders appear to have black which is correct for NC units. There is also a similar painted backdrop to the 20th North Carolina.
