Civil War CONFEDERATE SOLDIER

The image is a ninth plate size ambrotype of a confederate soldier. He holds a Bowie knife in his left hand. I have removed the mat and preserver in one image to better show the entire picture. There are gold tinted metal buttons on the jacket front and collar and a tinted metal belt buckle.. See close up views of his shoulder strap button, jacket buttons and belt buckle.
