Civil War dug 2nd Corps ID Badge with soldier carvings. Cold Harbor Battle
Up for consideration is a dug Civil War 2nd Corps ID badge. The badge was hand carved by a 2nd Corps soldier who also carved a steam boat on the front. There are faint numbers of 918 above a 2 on the back side. I personally dug this badge near Battle of Cold Harbor in Ashland VA on private property with land owners permission in 2012. This a very rare piece. The badge will come in a Riker Case displaying location and identification of the badge. The item "Civil War dug 2nd Corps ID Badge with soldier carvings.
