Civil War Era Child Soldier Tintype Cap in Hand Tinted Scratched Drummer Boy

2.5 x 3.5 tintype photograph depicting a child wearing a military uniform. Child is clutching a cap in one hand. His cheeks are faintly pink. This tintype is scratched and has some small dinging.

The collector's notes label this a Civil War drummer boy but there is no verification beyond the note and there is no drum present in the photo. This was part of the lot. Check back for more of this sort of thing as there was more in the collection which I'll be listing this week.
