The 20th Pa Cavalry saw heavy fighting in the Shenandoah Valley & Petersburg Campaigns. An original letter from Johh Seibert. Division Hospital, Sandy Hook, Maryland, June 8, 1864 to his Father- he doing well, wants some of Father's honey, is pleased the bees are doing welll, enjoys the Sunday preaching in the hospital Dining Room & the school house, asks the Lord's blessing for all the family so they may reunite in heaven. 2pp ink 8 x 5.
