Co. B 61st Ohio Vol Inf. Civil War Ladder Badge & 1886 Soldier's Reunion Ribbon

Vintage lot of 2 Estate Find Civil War soldier's items. One is a Civil War Ladder Badge for Co. B, 61st Ohio Volunteer Infantry. There are four parts to the ladder badge, believe bottom section is missing.

Measures 2 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches in over-all length. Other item is a cloth ribbon for 1886 Soldiers' Reunion Ladies' Commissary Committee. Ribbon is 2 inches wide and 6 3/4 inches long. Both are estate finds, so I do not know the history of the items.
