FULL HAND COLORED PERIOD FRAMED 8" x 6" WHOLE PLATE TINTYPE OF UNION CIVIL WAR SOLDIER w/ MUSKET. Hand colored tintype in original Civil War era period frame. Beautifully matted, framed and backed with original wood panel.

WHOLE PLATE tintype measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/4" in size. Beautifully hand colored with rich blues and other colors. Beautiful flesh tones in hands and face. Silvered belt buckle and jacket buttons. Wood grain colored musket; a musket which shows a bayonet as well.

Intricate two-tier cut paper matte with ink accent embellishment. Outside of frame measures 12 3/4" x 14 3/4" in size. Wear is condition consistent with age and use. Please look at photographs as they are part of the description.
