The front bears a large rare Prisoner of War Rations Commutation stamp. 1p 8 x 11 ptd/ink, w Federal Eagle illus, the reverse has a glue applied Union Army Telegram, June 8, 1865 Trenton, NJ, ordering he be paid, & Pitman's signed Oath of Identity, 1867 at Ocean County, New Jersey.
