This is a Great, Rare, Early Confederate Army military soldier's ambrotype photograph. This wonderful Old piece has a Great, Early design, in an embossed union case, features a Confederate soldier in a Richmond Depot Uniform with Infantry button showing on shoulder, measures approx. 3.25" x 3.75" closed, is an Original, Antique example from the Civil War era and is Rare to Find.

Publication : This image was featured in the March/April 2009 issue of "Confederate Veteran" magazine, where it was identified as being a member of the 15th Alabama Infantry. A copy of the article is included. This appears to be in Good, Solid condition, with some typical, minor wear and a blemish on his face.
